Ce second lot d’archives Amiel acquis en 2002 provient des Archives culturelles romandes qui, suite à leur dissolution, ont décidé de répartir entre les institutions cantonales romandes les fonds acquis selon une logique géographique. A la mort de Paul Stroehlin, une partie des archives familiales avait été recueillie par son ami Charles Muriset. Ce dernier les légua à sa fille Annie qui les transmit à la BPU [actuelle Bibliothèque de Genève] en 1987 et en 1989. Il s’agit principalement des archives de la famille Stroehlin (Ms. fr. 1483 à 1497), de quelques lettres reçues par Henri Frédéric Amiel et de sa correspondance avec sa sœur Laure Stroehlin (Ms. fr. 1498 à 1502). Mais auparavant, Mademoiselle Muriset avait été contactée par les Archives culturelles romandes pour d’autres papiers Amiel en sa possession. Dans ce lot, on découvre notamment une correspondance familiale adressée à Laure Stroehlin née Amiel ainsi que plus de 400 lettres de Laure à son frère Henri Frédéric [catalogue dactylographié 47,p. 31].
